A coworker was asking if she could send emails via SFDC with attachments with zipped files. Most of the time they are large files > 8MB. I know that unzipped file(s) with a combined total > 3MB are sent as HTML links. Are zipped files treated the same way? If not, please describe. Thankyou
Zipped files should be handled the same as unzipped (i.e. over 3m it's a link) I can't find anything to suggest that SFDC makes any distinction as to the type of file that is attached (i.e. doc, zip, pdf, jpg, etc).
