My main interest was the Opportunity Scoring session.  Can you tell me why our Production org has the Setup as given in the session, but our Sandbox does not.  This is a sandbox instance that was in Preview mode and received the Winter ’21 release update.  Please, if your can, answer the following or let me know where I can find answers.

1. Does the option to set up Opportunity Scoring does not have a time limit, does it?  In other words our Production Einstein Opp Scoring will not go away when updated with the Winter ’21 release?
2. Do I need to ask our AE about the sandbox being allow to set this up?  I really prefer to try in sandbox first.  I am an inexperienced/new SF Admin and find many things are more difficult than they appear in the videos so I like to do them in sandbox first to find out “what I don’t know” before I start the steps in Production.
