Could you please grant me access?  We need a little support and this is the only avenue, apparently.

ISSUE: We hooked up the Zendesk connector, but the Sync is only pulling 7k of 45k cases.  Tried a few integration users' credentials that have full access to the records via API when not using the Einstein connector, but no luck. 

Can you suggest where to look next for troubleshooting? TIA
