It has been a while since we posted any OrgConfessions.com We are now up to 960 and what is interesting is there are very few that are repeated. There are common themes but every Admin, Dev or Consultant seems to come up with new and exciting way to both the implementation. But sometimes it is short-sighted management....

While researching options for a backup and recovery tool, told my manager we also need to create plans for incident response and disaster recovery. He replied that I needed to convince him we need such plans. I have to build a business case for creating a disaster recovery plan in the middle of a global pandemic.
