Salesforce Optimizer App is Generally Available
The Salesforce Optimizer app is generally available starting in Summer ‘20 for Lightning Experience orgs with specific editions. The Optimizer app provides the same personalized, actionable recommendations you’re used to, with all the advantages of a Salesforce Lightning apps.
The Optimizer app analyzes more than 40 features and recommends ways to simplify customizations, keep on top of org maintenance, drive feature adoption, and increase user productivity.
With the Optimizer app it’s easier than ever to get personalized results and understand how to use them.
- Access your results within Salesforce.
- See your results in more ways with sortable views.
- Use quick links within the results to hop directly to related setup pages.
- Navigate within a split-view console interface so you never lose context.
What’s the future of the Optimizer PDF report?
You can continue requesting the Optimizer PDF report from the Optimizer page in Salesforce Classic or Lightning Experience Setup. However, we recommend switching to the Salesforce Optimizer app to take advantage of improved access to your results. The Optimizer PDF Report and the Optimizer App make the same recommendations, and both versions of the Optimizer save results as a shareable .xls file
