In addition to the Multicolumn Forms and Sections that Andy mentions, Flow already has the ability to render page layouts in the form of the Record Detail extension (https://unofficialsf.com/the-recorddetail-component/) Once Dynamic Forms GA's, I expect that there will be a Flow extension that automatically can render dynamic forms.
