Agree with @Owais Khan that it's possible, but you really need to ask yourself why is the requirement there? Surely you don't want case data in Pardot? If you want to create Pardot lists & emails off the case object it makes more sense to read case data and take actions from that, as the article outlines. Plus, since web2case works off contacts, this can also be problematic if the person submitting the case does not already exist as a contact in Salesforce, as you'd need to be very careful that the form action didn't end up creating a duplicate lead-- then you could end up with a lead and a contact as a result off this action. An interesting request, for sure!
