Hi there!  We have a document in classic associated to all of our parent accounts (using a URL field)  Then we have a formula field that filters the URL down to the child records.  In lightning, I wanted to replace this URL with an actual Tab.  But I can't figure out a component that would support this.  Rather than our users seeing the link, I would want them to go to that tab and see the actual information on the document (it is customer specific information/instructions, etc).   Is that doable in lightning?
