Hello, I was watching a Lightening lounge video and came across something I really want to implement! On the org, the presenter was using she had a 'Follow up task' button on the list view page.

She showed that you select multiple opps from the list view and select the button and a 'follow up task' pop up appeared she then saved this. It didn't show any follow up after that showed if the task appeared on each opportunity. I am looking to re-create this so that a user can 'bulk' add opportunities. For example, if a user goes to a client meeting and then discusses 5 opps it would save them having to go into each opportunity and adding the same task.

In the example from the video i watched where would this follow up task she created appear?

Any help would be great. the video i refereed to was this one, and about 10 mins in.

@Jennifer Ely, that would be a Quick Action created on the Opportunity object to "Create New Record". After you select the Task object as the one you want to create, you can modify the fields that show to your users. Once that action is created, you just add it to the List View from the "Search Layouts" section of the object within Object Manager.
