I've started building out Permission Set Groups in our full sandbox and have running into some challenges.

As expected, any change I make to a permission set group or permission set in a group triggers the updating status. It is then taking 15-20 minutes for updating to change to updated.

While the status is updating I'm prevented by the system from making changes to the permission set or group. This means I'm having to wait 15-20 minutes between changes if I have consecutive changes to make.

For example, I have a permission set in a group that I am modifying to grant FLS to two fields that are on separate objects. After making updates to access for the first field, the permission set group status changed to updating which then locked me out from updating FLS for the second object.

Is this expected? Permission set groups seem like an awesome feature, but this restriction will make maintenance a challenge whenever more than one update is involved.
