I am putting together a list of questions and answers to help staff with the conversion from Classic to Lightning. I have a fairly good list, but does this group already have a list that I can compare against? Thanks.

Yep. Got that one, thanks. I preparing a document that provides answers to questions (Will I need to relearn everything in Lightning? How will Lightning help me do my job better? Can I still use Internet Explorer with Lightning?) drawn from the user's perspective. This is designed to help calm fears about the change, and stimulate additional questions and collaboration amongst the users.
