We recently moved our users on Lightning. Many of them are complaining about Lightning being slow especially at the time of running a report or log in. How can I handle these issues? How do I convince users to be in Lightning?

also, what background things are running? We have no problems with login, but Saving and loading accounts and opptys. But it’s our fault w vf components galore in the account detail.
