Wondering what everyone uses for de-duping records? We currently have CRM Fusion (Demand Tools) which was recently bought by Validity, and the license pricing is increasing dramatically. Also, can anyone recommend a good App Partner for cleaning up email addresses?

You should check out DataGroomr. I recently signed up to their Beta program so that I could use the tool to dedupe the leads, contacts, and accounts that we had in our environment. I also noticed that they have a tool to standardise and clean-up record data, including email addresses.
Might be worth a look for your org?
