I have some Salesforce Sites Visualforce pages that my Readiness Report has tagged as needing to be updated. These are embedded in other sites. Do they really need to changed?
Is there any plan to eventually turn off standard Visualforce page technology? Or will non-Lightning VF pages continue to work indefinitely?

Thank you all for the responses. Sorry for my delay in responding. I was traveling and had limited internet access.
I should have mentioned that the reason the VF pages I referenced were flagged in the Readiness Report is that they contained Javascript (lots of Javascript, entire libraries in fact). Will the Javascript continue to work in the future as it has previously?
