Is there any way to turn off Classic for all users but admins? There's only one or two items (i.e. merge Account records) that I think I, as an admin, still need access to. Thanks!

@Lizette Aguilar I am with @Kelly Vida. We are handling by creating two permission set one with Hide Option to Switch to Salesforce classic enabled and one not. Then assigning accordingly.
