Hello there! I know that Chatter now supports code snippets in Lightning (awesome) http://releasenotes.docs.salesforce.com/en-us/winter17/release-notes/rn_chatter_lex_rte.htm, but the requirement I am trying to solve for is to allow my support agents to send code snippets to our customers in an email. I have enabled "Allow Inclusion of Code Snippets from UI" to the profile, but I don't see the option to add a code snippet in email. Am I missing something or is this functionality not available yet?

Is there a place to "up-vote" this item in the backlog. Not being able to send code via email is a big burden for my techs and I'd like to see this solved faster.
