Good morning! We recently enabled Send Email Through Office 365 and we also are using the Lightning Send List Email functionality on the Contact & Campaign objects. Both of these are great Lightning features!! Unfortunately it seems like these are not meant to work together. When I send a list email, it is sent from Salesforce (e.g. noreply@salesforce.com) despite my Email Settings to send email through Office 365. Is this expected behavior?
@Stacey Chale - List emails continue to be sent through Salesforce because of the number of emails sent. It also avoids adding a bunch of sent list emails into your Office 365 "sent" folder.
There shouldn't be any noticeable differences in delivery between salesforce vs. exchange if you set up email compliance properly (see
