I have a question about viewing File Downloads. I know you can use the File and Content report, what I don't understand is how to get the number appearing to match the report results.
For example, I have a file with 65 downloads, when I run the report, Sum of Total Downloads is 567, which is way different. I've limited the results to the current version and am only looking at that particular file name.
