Hi Everyone. I've been racking my brain this afternoon to figure this out! I have a new Lightning page for Opportunities, but I can't figure out how to get a component that will show "Post" and "Email" like I have for other objects like Contact and Cases. Is there something different about Opportunities in regards to Quick Actions? I created a SendEmail quick action on the Opportunity object and added it to the Lightning and Mobile actions section on the page layout, along with Post, but it won't show up in the Chatter component. When I switched to an Activities component, I can see Post but not Email. Any suggestions?
@Peggy McCafferty , as Austin has mentioned, different actions are different places based on what object you are looking at. Most all objects break actions into three areas - Chatter, Highlights Panel and Activities components. In this case, Chatter will only show Post, Poll, Question; Activities will show Email, Log a Call, New Task and New Activity; Highlights Panel will show everything else.
On a Case, most all actions are on the Feed, which is the Chatter component.
