question. We are still on Classic and using Ideas for internal cases. I realize Ideas will go away after we shift to Lightning. What functionality in Lightning that's similar to Ideas that we can use?

The ideas object is not supported in Salesforce Lightning, and is only available in Classic
But we are not sure when Salesforce going to work on this but would like to send another option which Salesforce Innovation Lab released on 9/26/18. It's called 'Innovation Hub'
