#LightningStrikes When transitioning to Lightning one of the first things I did was to make the Home tab as actionable as possible.  Allowing users to see/complete their tasks, view their important list views and dashboards and allowing them to chatter back and forth was a lifesaver!  Because of Lightning user adoption is going up!
