Having trouble doing something that I know must be simple but I cannot remember how to fix. 

We are using quotes/standard price book to create our Insertion Orders (Contracts) with our clients. 

When I hit "Add Line Item" on my quote, I only see the "required" fields on for the Line Item page after you select the product, but after I save and hit "Edit" I am able to see all the required AND optional fields for the Line Item page. How do I get the required and optional fields for quotes to show up on the Add New Line Item rather than just the "edit" page?
