Hi All,

I am configuring Saleforce1 app for a certain group of users . In mobile app, everything works fine except Email button which is not available. Its available for Cases only and after referring some of useful resources , i found email can be available on Account , Contact and Opportunity as well.

From the Page layouts , Email is already added to Lightning and mobile actions . Not sure what is missing here.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
