Hi all. I've created a custom action called "Log a Visit." It uses the Action Type: Log a Call, and then I changed the subject to "Visit" and edited the page layout with different fields. It works fine and displays next to Log a Call in the Activity section on the Account page. The problem is when I log a visit, it shows "Visit" as the subject, but then it says You logged a call and has the call icon (screen shot attached). Is there a way to change the icon and for it to say 'You logged a visit'? It must be pulling that from Action Type, so I'm wondering if that can be changed. Thanks!
