I am attempting to do a mass update to our accounts (called Households). I sent out a postcard and want to record that as a note in each account. I used the data loader to export the correct file, then uploaded it in the data import wizard.  The columns in the csv are: SF ID, Household Name, Household Last Name and Note to add to each one. I am following the same instructions that I have from last year when this worked.  However, when I import the file, I'm getting a message that it Ignored all of the records because it couldn't find a match. I have checked and double checked and rechecked the data. It is correct. I have no idea what to do next?  I have tried in Classic and Lightning.  Any Ideas?

You can definitely mass create tasks in Lightning and in Classic using Data Loader. It's a unique task that's attached to each record (as in if you have 50 Accounts, you are creating 50 tasks). My old firm was on Classic.
