I created an idea for the Activities Timeline lightning component. My reps need to be able to easily see if there is an attachment on an email record. If you need this, please vote for my idea!

For most of our emails, it's syncing from Salesforce for Outlook. I can see the attachment indicator if sent directly from Salesforce, it would be good if that was also the case when an email is synced over.
