How can you update Page Layouts from Sandbox to Production with Change Sets? Or how would you do that?

You can use change sets to push page layouts from Sandbox to Production. I have found early on it was best to clone the default page layout and make my own version for each object and then I could deploy them. If you have any page layouts from a managed package it will not allow you to add them to a changeset but cloning solved that.
