We are doing a migration. I need my sys admin user to have sharing access to all files so I can export them. Is there a way to do this in bulk? I don't want to change sharing manually on 1000+ files. @Neil Hayek

Sorry, the "Eric Ware" user was me but I was logged into a demo org. The non-extension files is correct, but the file name is the versionId so you could automatically add the title and extension based on the csv file for ContentVersion.
