Is there any reason why slash mentions have not been fixed in #winter19? When they were released, they were great, but not a complete feature, wherein they don't show the mention on the record being mentioned, and you can't create slash mentions with Process Builder (I haven't tested that bit yet, but if the easy bit hasn't been fixed yet, I'm assuming that hasn't been fixed yet either).
