We would like to use the tasks tab for all task management and creation, including linking tasks to opportunities. Is there a way to add "related to" for an opportunity in addition to the "related to" for account that appears in the "New Task" window?

In addition to considering a custom lookup for now, there is an idea we can vote up to relate an activity to more than one "Related To" record. https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A000000E4lQQAS
