lex roadmap says buttons and actions on related list is 'earlier' than spring18
buttons exist, yes, but they are url or visualforce only.
actions to my knowledge still cant be used on related lists.
is this correct? can the roadmap be updated to reflect this?

@Gorav Seth Yes we can update. Actions on related list is a few release away but on the priority list. We did add some mass quick actions on lists support however if that is beneficial for any of your use cases.
