AppExchange install broken :-(  My Lightning deployment depends on a few AppExchange Lightning Components and there's a bug that's blocking me from installing them from the AppExchange.  It's affecting others as well (see issue below - they're stuck on the Pay part of the flow, but the same problem happens for at least some free components during Confirm and Install).  I've got my first Lightning UX group gathered for Tuesday and I'll be really disappointed if this is still broken and I have to push it off.  Can someone monitoring from Salesforce help get some movement on this?  I've also submitted a case... https://success.salesforce.com/issues_view?id=a1p3A000000AThUQAW
