How to update a picklist on an account in Salesforce using data loader. 

I have added a custom field to the account called "Account Tier", I now have a list of all the accounts (1000) I want to update. I have the account ID and in the column next to it I have put the account tier with the txt "forbes 2000" (which is one of the picklist options) in a CSV format.

I uploaded the CSV to data loader, mapped the fields "account ID" and "account tier", but I got an error - bad value for restricted picklist fields: forbes 2000

Any ideas how I am meant to do this?
