Hi, We have implemented a community where we have a form built for the portal users. The user would be able to exit the form at any stage and ideally, the case is not submitted. But we wanted to retain the state of the form and so, we insert the case when the user clicks on save and exit. Next time the user logs in back, the state is retained. For this, we are retrieving the JSON and the data of the json, having all the fields and data entered. Is there any other more efficient way to handle this requirement?
