Hi,
May I please ask for your assistance with regard to " auto task reminder for every 3 years, 2 yeas and so on and so forth..
Task 1 will be created with due date
Task 2 will be created with due date
Task 3 will be created with review date + 90 days
GIVEN I have services associated to a service agreement
WHEN I tick the 'Task Reminder' box AND do NOT fill in the Next Review Date for a service, AND save the changes
THEN I want to be prompted with error message 'Please fill in the Next Review Date in order for the task reminders to have correct due date'.

@Michelle Lourdes Alfonso - I'm not sure I totally understand the request. Based on what I understand, it sounds like you may need a Validation Rule that the Task can't be closed out until the field 'Next Review Date' is populated. Hope this helps.
