Sorry, @Martin Humpolec, I'm not sure why you are experiencing the file this way - it has links all over it, on the left side, right side (register button), plus the three links on the right side near the bottom. If you open it in an application that can read PDF files, the links should not appear tiny. As I mentioned before if you're opening it on a mobile device there's not a lot I can do since that is a site-wide limitation.
