Email Templates in Lightning LEX - Need to Control Visibility Folders

Trying to get some more love for this IDEA. It's stalled around 1,600 points and with the push to move to Lightning it seems a like an issue that needs attention. We are seeing this issue growing as users discover they can create their own LEX templates.

"When a new email template is created by anyone in Lightning, it immediately becomes available to ALL other users.  This doesn't work when you've got multiple business units in the same org.  It is quickly getting out of hand and users will pick the wrong ones since there is no way to organize them by folders or limit visibility to certain groups.  

Please add a way to organize templates in folders and limit visibility to just what a user needs."
