Hi! Can your pop-up app be configured as in an alert within Chatter Groups?

Thank you! Our use case is our support reps don't check email or chatter multiple times per day so it would be great to have an urgent pop-up instead of email alert for chatter. Does your app create pop-ups on the case object/record? Do you have a good demo I could view?
