Contact Roles Alternative in Lightning Experience
Hi Guys,
What is the alternative and best practice for the below:
Scenario:
I need to track multiple contacts against the 1 case.
I was going to use contact roles but that is not available in LE for cases. What is the best method for achieving this? Is enabling contacts to multiple accounts feature then creating a lookup on the account contact relationship object to the case object?

Enabling contacts to multiple accounts feature will work for you. Enable the feature and then create a lookup field into the Relationship Object (Account Contact Relationship).
OR
You can use a custom object for the same with three lookup/master fields Case, ACcount and COntact
