Hi. I'm getting ready to switch to Lightning and have some pilot users trialling it at the moment. One of them pointed out to me that when he emails someone and the email bounces, he gets a warning saying "Confirm Email Address" next to the contact email field. This doesn't appear in the Lightning layout. Where did it go? Is there something else that I'm missing? Thanks! @* Lightning Now! *
That's right. You can see the bounced indicator when emailing a Lead or Contact. Brian - thanks for assisting.
There are a few gaps we'll be addressing before adding the bounced indicator on a Lead or Contact itself. We're immediately focused on bringing mass emails to Lighting Experience as well as enhancing the capabilities for Lightning email templates.
