We have configured PATHs for the child record. Is it possible to view the Child PATH's in parent record related list? So that user can control the paths of all the child records from the parent record.

This isn't possible with standard functionality. My best guess would to to build a trigger or use process builder to update the stage of the child record based on some action on the parent.
