All our users have switched to Lightning since Octobre 2016 and are happy with it. Summer'17 will remove some gaps with Classic features. After Summer'17, for our users, 2 main gaps (compared to Classic) will remain :
1°) Lightning Experience - Create opportunity from contact : account is empty :

@Pierre SUCHET Pierre I did a VFpage hack for Tasks from an old question on Communities. Basically you create a new tab with VF and direct to towards the Classic tasks view where you can create custom views. Here's the original URL - https://success.salesforce.com/answers?id=90630000000hUJlAAM
