Hi all,

I have the following challenge. At the moment we're working with two Sandboxes for our Development. One Sandbox is used for Development and the other for UAT. The UAT is also used for training and demo purposes, so we set up a lot of dummy accounts for our Super Users to try out different profiles and demo new functionalities after we've done a new release.

The problem is that we sometimes lose overview of what's been developed/deployed where as we have different people working and developing in our Sandboxes. Easiest solution is to refresh the Sandboxes and start from there, but then it takes a long time to reload all the dummy user accounts which our Super User will then have to set up the password for again.

Does anyone here have any experience with this and what are best practices to handle the requirement we have?

Thanks in advance for your support!

They indeed all have a NDA signed, but in my view it's always best practice to be as much risk-aversive as possible. Especially because we load in margin/revenue details and personal contact information we want to keep the exposure of this data as limited as possible.
