Additionally, if you log in to your org, in the upper right-hand corner there is a link to Help & Training. If you click that, a new window opens. Again, on the right side, click Take a Training. You'll see all courses in the standard training catalog there. If you are premier customer, you'll see the full catalog. You'll most likely want to start with Getting Started: Navigating Salesforce.

Also, the docs have videos that on topics too - so look out for those.
