While this resource was specifically created for our Nonprofit customers, I can't help but think it's a great resource for anyone starting out with Salesforce (or Program Managers, Managers, people not administering/developing but want to understand the functionality). Gives a great overview of some of the key Salesforce Objects and terminology.
