Hello! Welcome to the Drive Productivity with Salesforce AI trail. This trail is aimed at Salesforce administrators, sales and service professionals, data professionals, and anyone interested in learning how Salesforce AI features can transform their business and customer experiences.
The content in this trail is designed to help you skill up on Salesforce AI products and features while setting you up for success, whether your goal is to apply what you learn to your job, obtain the Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification, or both.
The trail consists of six sections.
- Protect Generative AI data with the Einstein Trust Layer
- Use Generative AI in CRM
- Create Generative AI Experiences Using Prompt Builder
- Set Up and Use Agentforce as a Conversational AI Assistant
- Configure Custom AI Models with Model Builder
- Get Certification Ready
Each section includes a mix of Trailhead badges–many with hands-on learning experiences–along with videos and demos presented by a Salesforce instructor, and Salesforce Help articles that provide additional details.
Practice with Salesforce AI Tools
As you move through this trail, you get to try out Salesforce AI tools and features. To complete the exercises and hands-on challenges, you use custom Trailhead Playgrounds with Salesforce AI enabled. You set up your first Playground when you get to the Create Generative AI Experiences Using Prompt Builder section of this trail. Each Playground is available for a limited time, so be sure to complete each project within the time specified on each Playground.
A regular Trailhead Playground won’t work for the hands-on challenges in this trail because Salesforce AI features are not enabled in regular Playgrounds.
