Inspection Management

Use the Inspection Management app to conduct and manage inspections and assessments for routine compliance, license and permit applications, and public complaints. Whether inspections are onsite or virtual, Inspection Management gives inspectors the information they need to conduct assessments efficiently and accurately. 

Details of scheduled visits, accounts, applications, and even lookups to the regulatory code that inspectors check for compliance are easily available. Use assigned tasks and checklists to stay focused and complete all the required steps. Upload photos of your observations, and share recommended actions with constituents who fix violations.

With Provider Management, you can quickly refer constituents to external organizations or individual practitioners who deliver specialized services. Build a network of partner providers and map important details, such as benefits and services they offer, credentials, facility locations, operating hours, and more. Caseworkers can use advanced search capabilities to accurately identify the best possible provider to meet the constituent’s needs. Quickly create referrals with all the information that providers need to process the request by pulling data from org objects and document attachments. Use an online portal to enhance collaboration with providers and monitor the progress of constituents as they receive benefits.

Investigative Case Management

Investigative Case Management includes objects, tools, and workflows for managing every aspect of civil and criminal investigations and legal proceedings. Screen and assess complaints, track participants and their roles, record violations, and capture important information related to a case. Field service requests for case proceedings, keep tabs on evidence and the chain of custody, and record details about court events and outcomes.

Grantmaking

Track, manage, and distribute grants with ease, efficiency, and visibility across the entire funding lifecycle. Employee Experience for Public Sector

Employee Experience for Public Sector is a digital administrative hub for the hybrid workplace.
