Associate Certifications

Salesforce launched Agentblazer Status, a new program designed to build and recognize your AI and Agentforce skills. As a result, we are evolving our exam catalog and retired the AI Associate certification in February 2026. Read the FAQ to learn more.

The Salesforce AI Associate certification is designed for individuals who may have knowledge of AI, whether they are beginners or individuals with more experience. This certification will validate foundational skills in ethical and responsible handling of data as they apply to AI in CRM.

The Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Foundations certification is designed for individuals who have a foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform and up to six months of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.

The Certified MuleSoft Integrations Foundations certification is designed for individuals who have knowledge of core integration and API-led connectivity terminology and can work as an informed member of a MuleSoft project team.

The Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations exam is designed for users with a fundamental awareness of how an integrated CRM platform solves the challenge of connecting departments and customer data, with up to 6 months of Salesforce user experience.

The Certified Tableau Desktop Foundations certification is designed for individuals who have foundational skills and understanding of Tableau Desktop and at least 3 months of applying this understanding in the product.
