We will start covering the main 2 for the User Interface, FlexCards for a 360-degree view of the Customer, and Omniscript for Guided processes. We will move forward with the 2 main Data Tools, DataRaptor for interfacing with Salesforce and Integration Procedure for providing and transforming data from many sources in the optimal format
