
After migrating everything to lightning, I had some issues, on the first week, I was able to switch my user and another one without problems but now, I can't switch anybody.

If you still face the issue then please raise a case with salesforce standard support so that our team will fix the issue at any cost.I hope you find the above solution helpful.
